You may receive physical therapy services without a doctor's prescription. We do require that you please provide us with your physician contact information (name, practice and phone number) at the time of your evaluation. Your physical therapist holds a Direct Access Certification from the Board of Physical Therapy.

What to Expect
Your first visit begins with paperwork and an intake process, followed by a detailed discussion about your medical history, goals, and personal needs. Your therapist will then perform a comprehensive physical assessment, including posture, movement, strength, and flexibility testing.
Based on the initial evaluation, a personalized treatment plan will be designed and will include:
Hands-on therapy
Corrective exercise
Lifestyle recommendations
A customized home program to support recovery and long-term wellness
What to Bring
Insurance card and photo ID
Any medical records, imaging, or reports related to your condition
Referral or prescription from your doctor (if available)
Direct Access Certified: In Virginia, you may see a physical therapist without a referral. That means you can come directly to our office — no delays or extra steps required.

Length of Sessions
Physical Therapy: 50–60 minutes
Life Coaching: 45 minutes
Pain Management: 50 minutes
Manual Therapies: 25 or 50 minutes
Corrective Exercise: 25 or 50 minutes
Postural Assessments: 30 minutes
